I must say that every IT provider is not the same. Ryan and his team replaced an IT provider we used to use and let me tell you, what a difference in service and response time. Inispace was one of the very first contracts we signed on. I knew we needed an IT company right away, we had multiple challenges in starting a new private practice, and I nor the doctors knew anything about IT. Ryan and I sat on the phone and in person on multiple occasions discussing the plan for making our main office run smoothly and how to set up a temporary office effectively but without breaking the bank. Ryan was a huge help with laying out the IT set up of our new office, and modifying our 2 temporary offices to make them work effectively for us. After the original set up of the office we have contracted Inispace to manage our computers and software on a monthly basis. Even in a brand new office, IT challenges will happen but I know that Ryan is just a phone call away. One thing that I really respect, is that he always answers his phone, this is hugely valuable to me. I don’t find myself having to waste time leaving messages or trying to hunt him down when we have an IT issue at the office.
